Parecis S / A was created in 2012, from two pioneering partners, Parecis Alimentos and Celena.

The company built a factory with the purpose of crushing grains through chemical extraction, with a Multi-Seeds strategy to process the various grains produced in the region.

The partnership allowed Parecis S / A to be, today, the main Multi-Seeds in the country, processing Sunflower, Sunflower Alto Oleico, Soybean and Cottonseed.

In 2020, the company's expansion is being inaugurated to process, with chemical extraction, the cotton seed.
